On the Road again!

I've been really busy trying to get class samples done.  These are two samples for my curves class I'm teaching.

Here's for the purse class.

I'm also involved with Bolts in the Bathtub's strip club.  This is from this month.  I have finished the quilt for March but can't show you yet till after Strip Club meets.  It's a surprise!

I've been trying to get everything done before I hit the road (and air) for the next two months.  Today I leave for Road to Ca Quilt show. I'm taking two classes and hope to learn some new things.  I'll also be looking for new stuff to teach.  It should only take me an hour and a half to get there so I thought I would post.  Tried getting my new computer going but I have things to download and our internet is too slow.  What to do?
Then Monday I'm off to Redding for the week, then a stop in Hanford, then onto Visalia to teach.  I'll be home a week than Debbi and Genelle come for a few days.  Before you know it I'll be leaving for three weeks in Virgina on the 16th of February.  Through all this busyness I have some charity quilts to finish and one for the shop hop.  I am so glad to be busy!

Becky and Daniel enjoying their aprons I made for them for Christmas.  Just had to share!

Happy New Year!

Well, it's 2013 and time to begin fresh.  This year I am determined to be more organized and to get more done.  Spent time today getting my class supply lists together for the classes I'm teaching at Bolts in the Bathtub over the next few months.

This is the class I'm teaching next.  I think it is such a cheerful quilt.  We are starting strip club at Bolts also so Dawna and I are co-teaching and have been getting those quilts together.  Can't show you that till after the club.  This is a new experience for both of us so we meet tomorrow morning to go over our strategy.

I will also be teaching Hoochy Mama

and One Block Wonder.  It's nice to have these quilts done.

There is a new Crazy Curves book out that I will be teaching from.  Just waiting for the book to come in so I can begin the quilt.  I will also be teaching a bag class.  Need to get the fabric for that class.

The next few months should keep me busy.  Loose Threads will have a trunk show this week at Common Threads so I'll be getting ready for that.  I have a quilt for our group to make also I haven't even started and it's due next week.  Before you know it I'll be off to Road to Ca and then in February off to Virginia for three weeks.  I'm looking forward to all the busyness and all the fun quilting has to offer.  I hope you all are enjoying the new year and all the new promises it has to offer.  Happy New Year!
